帆鳍玛丽为花鳉科鱼类，和平、 hardy、不停生小鱼，原生分布于北美洲（引入多地）。hardy 的经典入门鱼，在偏硬偏碱的水质里状态最佳。成体约 11.2–16.5 cm，雌雄比例 1:2 或 1:3，减轻雌鱼压力，适宜水温 20–28 °C。会一直生小鱼，请有心理准备。
Poeciliidae species Poecilia latipinna comes from N America, introduced widely. Hardy, productive and unpretentious — the gateway fish that still deserves decent water. It swims in mid-water. Adults reach 11.2–16.5 cm. One male to two or three females spreads the attention. Stable warm water, floating plants and regular small feeds cover 90% of its needs. Maintain 20–28 °C at pH 7.5–8.2. Best suited to a keeper who can match its natural water.
