From the waters of 中国 comes Ochetobius elongatus, a member of the family Cyprinidae. A adaptable species that forgives beginner mistakes more readily than most. It uses the whole water column. Adults reach 35.5–52 cm. Small groups recommended. Give it clean water and room to behave naturally, and it will largely care for itself. Maintain 18–26 °C at pH 6.5–7.5. A solid choice for a well-planned community tank.
