大鳍疣鮡为鮡科鱼类，夜行性居多，白天安静潜伏，原生分布于中国云南（怒江）。触须状的须子像手指一样阅读沙地，粗糙底砂会慢慢磨损它。成体约 25.5–37.4 cm，小型种可成对，大型种单养，适宜水温 18–26 °C。沉底饲料，关灯后再喂。
From the waters of Nujiang, Yunnan, China comes Creteuchiloglanis macropterus, a member of the family Sisoridae. A whiskered bottom resident whose day begins when the lights go off. It lives on the bottom. Adults reach 25.5–37.4 cm. Keep bottom stock light — they share one floor. Feed sinking foods after lights-out, keep the sand soft, and never let nitrate climb unnoticed. Maintain 18–26 °C at pH 6.5–7.8. Water quality and diet matter more than décor.
