Cyprinidae species Ptychidio jordani comes from Pearl River basin, China. A adaptable species that forgives beginner mistakes more readily than most. It uses the whole water column. Adults reach 11.2–16.5 cm. Small groups recommended. Give it clean water and room to behave naturally, and it will largely care for itself. Maintain 18–26 °C at pH 6.5–7.5. Best suited to a keeper who can match its natural water.
