イエローシュリンプ(ゴールデンシュリンプ)は約2005年に台湾の系統から固定された Neocaridina davidi のレモンイエロー系統。体長約2~2.5cm、18~26℃で飼いやすく純淡水で繁殖します。
Yellow Shrimp, often sold as Golden Shrimp, is a sunny lemon-yellow morph of Neocaridina davidi developed from yellow-gene sports that appeared in Taiwan breeder lines around 2005 and were then fixed into a stable, uniformly yellow strain. Unlike the red and orange forms, yellow individuals keep a clean color with little wild-type banding even in lower grades, because the yellow pigment masks the underlying pattern. It grows to 2-2.5 cm and shows exactly the same easy disposition as every other N. davidi morph: 18-26 °C, pH 6.5-8.0, moderate hardness, and a strong appetite for algae and biofilm. It is a lively, visible daytime grazer that stands out beautifully against dark substrate and green moss. Breeding is straightforward in freshwater — females carry a modest clutch of 15-25 eggs and the fry appear as tiny replicas of the parents. Keep a single color per tank, since all N. davidi morphs hybridize freely and mixed colonies lose their color within a few generations.

可能。Extremely peaceful。おすすめ:Other Neocaridina davidi morphs — Interbreed — one color per tank, Small tetras, rasboras and danios — Ignore adults; moss protects shrimplets, Otocinclus catfish — Ideal calm algae-eating partner。Copper-based medications — Lethal to all invertebrates, Large predatory fish — Cichlids and big gouramis eat shrimp, Other N. davidi colors — Cross-breeding erodes the yellow lineとの混泳は避ける。
Selective-bred form of the East Asian NeocaridinaのAny stable freshwater community aquariumが生息地。
繁殖:Breeds readily in pure freshwater. After a molt the female releases pheromones, mates, then carries 15-25 yellow-green eggs for about three weeks. Hatchlings are miniature adults; a mature moss-filled tank yields a steady supply of juveniles.。Females are larger and deeper-bodied with a visible yellow saddle; males are smaller, slimmer and paler lemon.。
