A Cobitidae species: Syncrossus beauforti lives bottom-dwelling over sandy stretches of slow rivers. Peaceful bottom-dweller. Adults reach 18.8–27.5 cm. It is one of the aquarium-kept Syncrossus species we profile, alongside Syncrossus hymenophysa.
