Squalidus gracilis is a Cyprinidae from Japan. In the wild it prefers clear streams and rivers over gravel; in the aquarium it stays mostly peaceful. Plan on 11.7–17.2 cm of adult fish at 18–26 °C. Related profiles: Squalidus argentatus, Squalidus chankaensis, Squalidus nitens.
