Microphysogobio chinssuensis, a member of the family Cyprinidae, is native to China. Its calm temperament and broad diet make it one of the more forgiving residents of a community tank. It lives on the bottom. Adults reach 4.8–7 cm. Small groups recommended. Stable water, regular partial changes and a varied diet cover nearly everything it needs. Maintain 18–26 °C at pH 6.5–7.5. Undemanding once its core needs are met.
