Descripción de la especie
Esomus danrica is a Cyprinidae from South Asia. Built for speed in clear streams — colour, condition and courage all track water quality. It uses the whole water column. Adults reach 9.8–14.3 cm. Groups of 6 minimum; bigger schools calm them. Cover the surface with floating plants, keep the school large, and maintain spotless water. Maintain 18–26 °C at pH 6.5–7.5. A rewarding species for the aquarist who reads before buying.
